DDW Pic 282. Canada
The Hotel du Canada is the main landmark of the Canada pavilion at Epcot. It is modeled after the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa. This is a classic use of forced perspective as Disney made this three story building appear to have six stories. Much like the buildings on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom, the upper floors get smaller and smaller making the building appear taller. At the base of the Hotel du Canada is Le Cellier, one of the most popular restaurants in all of Walt Disney World.
